School resumes tomorrow for all students, except seniors who are on the senior trip. Convocation will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m., and students are expected to arrive on time. Please note that tardiness will result in a minor.

Re-Enrollment for 2026–2027 is Now Open
Re-enrollment contracts for the 2026–2027 school year are now available. All financial aid awarded so far, including Merit Awards and Need Based Financial Aid, has been added to your contract.
Please log in to review and sign your contract and submit your re-enrollment fee to secure your student’s spot for next year.
If your Need Based Financial Aid is not yet listed, please complete your application through FACTS. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to financialaid@stdominicacad.com.

Denna and John Hester P ’08, ’09, ’15, ’24, ’26
Denna and John Hester of Bayonne have long demonstrated a profound commitment to Catholic education, raising eight children whose combined academic journey spans 115 years, including 22 years of active involvement at Saint Dominic Academy. Tracy Espiritu McKay, D.O. ’03
Tracy Espiritu McKay, D.O. ’03, is a distinguished physician and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, specializing in rehabilitation medicine for elite performers and athletes. She has served as a team physician for U.S. Figure Skating and as a consulting physician for top dance companies and Broadway productions. Learn more about her impactful career here.

A Cultural Journey Through Art and History
Students from the Art classes and AP Spanish at Saint Dominic Academy enjoyed a memorable day of culture and creativity just before Easter break. The group visited one of the world’s premier museums, where they explored remarkable works of art and participated in a private tour of the American Wing.
It was a meaningful experience that brought classroom learning to life while inspiring creativity and appreciation for the arts.
ATHLETICS
Matos shines in Saint Dominic’s win over Dickinson – Softball recap
Emily Matos went 4-for-4 with three doubles, six RBIs and four runs to power Saint Dominic to a 19-3 win over Dickinson at Washington Park in Union City.
Madison Todd also had four hits, including a double, and drove in two runs. Mia Vila went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs for Saint Dominic (3-2). Read more
SUMMER PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
This summer, SDA will host the AI Startup Sprint & Innovation Program in partnership with Harvard Women in Computer Science.
This is a 3-day, hands-on experience for students in grades 6–12 focused on AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
